20 from (19 through the qualifiers) the teams have already secured their position at the UEFA Euro 2016. Some of them already know their positions in the pots for the group stage draw which will take place on 12 December 2015 and it will be hosted by the “Palais des Congrès de la Porte Maillot” in French capital Paris.
Four more teams will join the pots from 1 to 4 (6 teams in each, only 5 in Pot 1 because France will be placed in it and the hosts are automatically placed in Group A) and we will have 4 playoff couples. They are formed from 8 of the third placed teams as the best placed third team received a direct promotion for France – that’s the team of Turkey.

* The teams of Czech Republic, Poland, Romania, Slovakia and Turkey must wait until the play-offs are completed to discover which pots they will be in, as well as the teams which will qualify through the play-offs.
The draw for the Euro 2016 qualifying play-offs will take place in the upcoming Sunday, 18 October 2015, and it will be held in the UEFA headquarters in Nyon. Here are the teams (ranked by their UEFA coefficients):
